As both a photographer and a mom, I've realized just how quickly life changes—and how often it's the ordinary moments that become the ones we treasure most.
After more than 20 years behind the camera, I've learned that it's rarely the perfectly posed photograph that becomes someone's favorite. It's the genuine laugh, the quiet glance between two people in love, the wind catching a little girl's dress, or the toddler who simply refuses to sit still. From proposals and weddings to newborns, families, seniors, and everything that comes after, I photograph the real moments that tell your story—because a photograph can't stop time, but it can help us hold onto it.

MEET THE KLIMEK'S
Thirteen Years of Summer Traditions, Family Memories, and Watching Children Grow
Some of my favorite client relationships aren't measured by the number of photographs we've taken—they're measured by the years we've shared together.
For the past thirteen years, I've had the privilege of photographing the Klimek family during their summer vacations. Year after year, they return to their beautiful summer home in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, where we capture another chapter of their family's story before heading to one of their favorite places in the world.
This beach isn't just another beautiful backdrop. It's woven into their family's history. Mom spent her summers there as a child, and now she's creating those same treasured memories with her own children. Watching those traditions continue from one generation to the next is one of the greatest gifts of being a family photographer. It's an honor to preserve those moments and the legacy they're building together.
Looking back over thirteen years is almost surreal. I can hardly believe the oldest two—twins whom I remember photographing as young children—are heading off to college this fall. It feels like only yesterday they were running barefoot through the sand, collecting seashells, and laughing together on the beach. Now they're stepping into an exciting new chapter of their lives. It's a beautiful reminder of how quickly childhood passes and why these photographs become more meaningful with each passing year.
One of the greatest compliments I can receive as a photographer is being invited back again and again to document a family's journey. It means I'm not simply photographing a single afternoon—I'm preserving the story of a family as it grows, changes, and creates new memories together.
To the Klimek family, thank you for welcoming me into your summers for the past thirteen years. Watching your children grow has been an incredible privilege, and I am so grateful for the trust you've placed in me to preserve these memories. I can't wait to see where your family's story leads next.
A Wedding That Started It All
From One Family Celebration to a Lifetime of Memories
One of the things I love most about photography is that you never know where one introduction might lead.
I first met this wonderful family while photographing the bride's cousin's wedding. At the time, none of us could have imagined that a single wedding day would grow into years of celebrating life's biggest milestones together.
Since then, I've had the privilege of photographing their engagement, wedding day, and the beautiful chapters that followed. As their family grew, I was honored to document the arrival of both of their children. Around the same time, I was also invited to photograph newborn sessions for the bride's cousin's growing family—a wonderful reminder that the relationships we build often extend far beyond a single celebration.
Some families simply make my job easy, and this is certainly one of them. They're kind, genuine, and always ready to laugh together, making every session feel less like work and more like catching up with old friends. Watching their children grow, seeing their personalities blossom, and witnessing the love they share has been one of the greatest joys of my career.
Looking back, it's incredible to think that it all began with a single wedding day. What started as one celebration has become years of documenting love, laughter, growing families, and milestones I never could have imagined when we first met.
It's relationships like these that remind me photography is about so much more than creating beautiful images. It's about earning trust, becoming part of a family's journey, and preserving the memories they'll treasure for generations.
To your wonderful family, thank you for continuing to invite me back to celebrate life's biggest and smallest moments. It has been an honor to watch your story unfold, and I can't wait to see what the next chapter brings.

Reasonable price
I have known Caitlin since she photographed my cousin’s wedding 13 years ago. When it was time for myself to get married it was a no brainer who I wanted for our photos. Caitlin did our engagement pictures, our wedding pictures, our son’s baby pictures and most recently our daughter’s newborn pictures. Caitlin is so easy to work with and can put you at ease. We have trusted her time and time again with memories that will last a lifetime. The pictures we have are absolutely gorgeous and we will cherish them forever.
